As a speaker we are so focused on our own body language that we never even notice what the audience is doing.

After use of body language (Posture, Gestures, Movements), the video talks of additional 3 strategies to engage your audience :
1) Make an eye contact with the audience (find someone who is nodding, then make an eye contact with him (5 to 10 sec), sell your point to him and then move on. Donot just stop at this. Also look at audience if they are interested in the speech or not by reading their body language
2) If the audience seems not interested, surprise them with some question or humor
3) Disrupt them by asking someone a simple but relevant question
