1) Stage fear is a natural hormonal full-body reaction. Genetics also plays a vital role here. Since it is natural & inevitable, we should focus on what we can control

2) To control stage fear

a) Practice a lot before an environment similar to the real (increases your familiarity and reduces anxiety)

b) Do the tricks to your brain: Stretch your arms up and breathe deeply (makes your hypothalamus trigger a relaxation response)

c) It hits hardest right before presentation so take that last minute to stretch and breathe.

d) Above all, remember that you didn’t overcome stage fright you adapted to it
