2) Do Self assessment
3) Commit to something that will drive you.(Remember your commitment)
4) Work on your body language.(Posture, Gesture, Movement)
5) Find a Mentor to guide you
6) Be consious of the tone of your voice ( Talk low i.e. from heart, Avoid monotone, Use the PACE, PITCH & VOLUME effectively)
7) Stage Fear: It is natural! Donot fight against it, adapt with it by practicsing you pitch & accepting yourself along with your imperfections
8) Get Feedback regularly
9) Warm up your voice with exercises shown before any speech you start in future
10) Three strategies to engage your audience:
a) Eye contact
b) Surprise them with some question or humour
c) Disrupt them with some simple but relevant question
11) If you want people to listen to you, avoid seven deadly sins & most importantly follow HAIL
12) Keep it simple
