Speak in front of a mirror on any topic you like ( may be introduce yourself in 2 min etc).
Be conscious of your walking aka MOVEMENTS.
Make sure that you practise both moving forward & moving backwards.
Get comfortable with both.
Move forward to emphasize a point & Move backwards to break, pause and change to different topic.
Write down how you felt.
Stay Conscious of your MOVEMENTS throughout the day.
