Ikigai is a gift to the mankind from the Japanese. It is your reason to get up in the morning. It is the reason of your being. It is your purpose of life.

Everyone has an ikigai, some have found it while others are searching for it, but most of us have stopped thinking about it, because we are lost in the formalities of life. School, Job, Marriage, Having ‘arrived’ in life and Death. Is that what we are born for?

Well some might be. Nothing wrong in it, if you really want to live that way. But most of us want to do something more. Something more which gives us a feeling of fulfilment.
