Emotional Empowerment Technique Steps

Step 1 – Identify the issue and find a comfortable place to work
Step 2 – Measure the intensity of the issue on a scale of 1 to 10 (call me if you have a doubt on this one)
Step3 – Sit comfortably with legs uncrossed and keep one hand static and rub the karate chop points (sides of the hand) of the other hand
Step 4 – Keep eyes closed and say ‘Even though (describe the issue, the emotion and associated beliefs) but I still choose to heal and integrate totally and completely that part of me. Repeat this 3 to 4 times while rubbing and watch for any thoughts or emotions coming
up.
Step 5 – Keeps palms one over the other on the thymus(above the chest)
Step 6 – Breathe in and out (out through the mouth) 7 times
Step 7 – Watch for any thoughts and emotions coming up and measure the intensity of the issue.

If the mind is blank and body peaceful just repeat one more time and close.
If any thoughts come up, continue with the new thoughts and emotions. Else keep working till the intensity comes to a zero or the issue doesn’t exist.

The real test will happen in your behavior. Consciously now change your behavior and you will see that it is now easy to realize the new behavior and with the demonstration of the new behavior you actually break the old pattern/problem.
