Roles and Initiatives

As a Parent

• Mindful communication for at least 30 minutes – no phone/emails at that time 

• Feedback session with your child/children – only deliver good feedback – conclude with Inspiration! 

• Conversations with your child/children – asking them on how the journey/relationship has been so far and what changes can ‘we’ bring in 

• Read and gather something new about parenting/speak to other parents and figure out ‘one’ action step and deliver it

As a Spouse 

• A heart to heart conversation (when things are ok) and ask for feedback – be open and understand rather than justifying 

• Appreciation as a regular gesture and verbally expressing Love 

• Knowing more about your spouse and understanding their ‘value hierarchies’ 

• Evaluating the existing beliefs you have about the relationship and ‘EET’ the negative ones

As a Child 

• Express your Love and show them they are important 

• Spend some quality time and bring in the smile on their face/make them laugh 

• Give them a hug (If you have not been doing it) 

• Allow them to express 

As an Employee

• A heart to heart conversation (when things are ok) and ask for feedback – be open and understand rather than justifying 

• Appreciation as a regular gesture and verbally expressing Love 

• Knowing more about your spouse and understanding their ‘value hierarchies’ 

• Evaluating the existing beliefs you have about the relationship and ‘EET’ the negative ones 

As a Manager

• Have regular discussions with the team members with the pure intention of developing them 

• Solicit feedback on a regular basis – can be twice a month and allow them to express freely (What they say may not be true, but it is their perception and their perception is their truth) 

• Read more on managerial skills and learn one new point every week and test it out! 

As an Entrepreneur

• Think about ‘how can you add value to other people’s life – either through your product or service (You might already be doing it, think about an additional initiative) 

• Think purely on ‘development’ of your team 

As a ‘HUMAN’ 

• Contribute to mother earth(that has been supporting you) – think of any initiative 

• Think about – How your presence itself (The way you live and behave) can bring in a smile, inspire and empower other people 

• Think about self – development and gift your body and mind with initiatives that help them
