Look at what is their motivation. What motivates them in that role? Try to identify what are their KRAs (Key Result Areas), which normally is the basis of their performance pay? How those KRAs are aligned with their department/function and ultimately to the organisation as a whole. This exercise is extremely important as you will come to know the secrets of their motivation in their existing job.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
