Sadhana has a 13 years of varied experience in the field of Music right from Research, Syllabus development, Teaching, Performance and Management.

Sadhana was offered Research fellowship (NET JRF & SRF ) of 5 years for conducting research on Music by UGC, India.

Her Ph.D. Thesis is on Fundamental principles and techniques of Musical composition. She has been awarded PhD on Jan 2017 after 7 years of research at SNDT Women’s University. During that period of 7 years she assisted Department Head, Music, PGSR, SNDT Mumbai.

In Music Direction and Lyrics writing she has worked on projects such as “Bharat Ek Khoj” (Marathi Version-DD Sahyadri), Hindi Feature Film Daddy’s Marathi version produced by DD Sahyadri, Advertisements for Brands such as “Mahabhrungaraj hair oil”, “Mahalaxmi Dinadarshika” (Calendar brand in Maharashtra), SS Multiservices (Water level controller) and other local brands.

She is passionate about singing, Music Composition, Marathi/Hindi script writing. As a part of that she has composed many songs on topics ranging from children, spiritual, romantic, patriotic, educational etc.
