Session 2 : Our Mind Body Connect Copy

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Importance of Harmony Between the Mind and Body[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In the previous session, you saw certain situations when you may have worn a mask. Now, we would like you to take some time to  reflect on your actions. Do you  find that what inspires or aligns with your beliefs  holds a lot of importance in your life? It probably holds more importance  than your fears of doing them. However, even when you are fully aware of what inspires you or  maps to your values, you are unable to follow your heart. This is normal and happens to all of us.

We suggest  your bodies, posture, and breath to be brought into harmony to get you through that feeling of unease and fear. The more you practice on controlling your mind and body through correct breathing, the more neural pathways you create to transcend the fears occupying you minds. Next time, you are fearful of a situation that is threatening to take you away from your real self and force you to take a  refuge in a ‘mask’, try the following simple breathing techniques and feel the difference![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
