Now, we would like you to take some time to  reflect on your day-to-day actions. Consider the major activities you have done in the week. Write them down if you want.

Reflect on your day-to-day actions.  Once done, answer the below  3 questions.

  1. Do you find that activities/ tasks that align with your beliefs hold a lot of importance to you?
  2. If not, reflect whether these really align to your true beliefs? It is humane nature that what aligns to one’s true beliefs holds lot of importance to him/her. So either you should keenly look at what your true beliefs are or you are undermining the importance of these beliefs for you as a person.
  3. If yes, Did or do you face any fears while carrying out these activities?
    (If at all you feel limited by any fears)
  4. Are you sometimes unable to follow your heart in-spite of knowing what holds true to you?

This happens to MOST OF US !
