Now, we would like you to take some time to reflect on your day-to-day actions. Consider the major activities you have done in the week. Write them down if you want.
Reflect on your day-to-day actions. Once done, answer the below 3 questions.
- Do you find that activities/ tasks that align with your beliefs hold a lot of importance to you?
- If not, reflect whether these really align to your true beliefs? It is humane nature that what aligns to one’s true beliefs holds lot of importance to him/her. So either you should keenly look at what your true beliefs are or you are undermining the importance of these beliefs for you as a person.
- If yes, Did or do you face any fears while carrying out these activities?
(If at all you feel limited by any fears) - Are you sometimes unable to follow your heart in-spite of knowing what holds true to you?
