RAS Activity Guideline

• Many people prefer skipping this step as it involves multiple things and the discomfort of putting the RAS sheet on the bedroom wall. However, the science and the importance needs to be understood. When you look at the positive side of your life, you trigger the emotion of ‘Gratitude’ and program your mind(RAS)

• Apart from the bedroom wall, you can also have these positive points/statements as your password, phone/laptop home screen etc. In short ‘all places’ must be reminding you of the positive side of life! These do get imprinted in the subconscious mind.

• Adding points to the list is a validation of positive RAS
expansion and even though you are adding points ‘outside’, it’s actually getting added ‘Inside!’
