Vedh Valley World School and ArtGuru Academy invites students of Std. 4 to 9 to a Solo Singing Competition. The objective of this competition is to bring together passionate singers of VVWS and provide them an opportunity to exhibit their talent in music.

Participating Groups :

• Grades 4 & 5 : Group 1
• Grades 6 to 9 : Group 2

Competition Format :

Two Rounds :

• Round 1 : Participants are required to send a 2 minute video of their singing performance with Karaoke in the first round.
• Round 2 : Finalists from the first round will perform live at VVWS.

Application Process :

2. Complete the Payment formalities. Please enter the Child’s First Name and Last Name (which will come on Certificate). Please enter Email ID of the Parent. Registration Fees : Rs. 200 per child.
3. After the payment, your login account will be auto created. Required links/information will be emailed to you. (You will need to remember your password)
4. In your payment confirmation email a link & process will be sent to you to UPLOAD the VIDEO. (Call +91 7020739396 for any technical support)
5. Once you upload the video, your video will be screened by the Panel of Judges and Results will be communicated to you via email.
6. Selected Participants will perform live at VVWS in front of the Panel of Judges.
7. Winners will be declared after the performances.

Guidelines :

1. Only one login ID per child is allowed. In case of second child, please create another login ID using a new email ID.
2. Only One Video is allowed per applicant.
3. Video Guidelines (Online Orientation session will be conducted to explain this in detail) :
   • Select any song of your choice filmy or non-filmy from Hindi or Marathi language only.
   • Lyrics of the Song should be age-appropriate.
   • Choose your song carefully. If selected, the song chosen by you in the first round will be continued in the final round as well. No changes will be allowed.
   • Video Duration: Maximum of 2 minutes
   • Online One to One Mentoring session will be conducted for the finalists. Details will be communicated accordingly.
   • Decision of the judges will be final.

• Pitch (Swara)
• Vocal Modulations & Expressions
• Song Selection
• Confidence and Stage Presence

Awards :

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place from both the groups.
• Participation Certificate for ALL Contestants

• Video Submission Deadline: October 6th
• Results Announcement of First Round: October 10th (via email)
