I have always believed in one thing :
The real job of top management is to train people at scale.
I started my first newsletter 1.5 years back with an aim to help the top management do that, hence named it as “The CLO Journal”.
It was well received with more than 2k ‘very niche’ subscribers and 74 editions. While on this journey, I also realized that
A Company is NOT only about its Customers, It is also about other two stakeholders : Its Partners and Employees.
While I was contemplating on this at the back of my mind, recently, I started to think that the name ‘The CLO Journal’ might not be doing justice to the vast variety of topics that I wanted to cover.
If I were to cover all the topics in the same newsletter titled ‘The CLO Journal’, an unknown average new reader might not get it.
Hence, I am now launching a new newsletter named as
‘The CXO Journal’
With the new title, I can now write each and everything that I actually DO in my technology startup.
As a lifelong student of Business Management and blessed with a really diverse work exposure till now (check my profile!), I have come to conclusion that any company is normally made up of 10 Important Pillars.
Here are those 10 important pillars which we will be discussing in the future articles of ‘The CXO Journal’ :

With the above pillars as a base, we will discuss multiple relevant insights in the form of 4Ts – Tips, Techniques, Templates and Tools, which will help you manage and scale up your business systematically.
I am sure this will be extremely useful to you as a CXO or To-Be CXO or an Entrepreneur.
