Day 6 : Self Awareness 3
hi ,
Welcome back on day 6 of our journey to increase your EQ.
Let us now move to one more innovative exercise for self awareness.
Today you will understand yourself through extreme beliefs. E.g. fears, worries, hate, jealousy. Each one of them is an example of strong belief. They normally impact most of our decisions. We will not even think of something which we belief is, for example, fearful.
This impacts our life greatly.
Imagine someone who does not know how to swim. Most of the times it is because of fear. People who swim enjoy a great deal but those who donot, miss that enjoyment.
Donot let that happen to you. Do this exercise👇Â and find your fears and act on them logically.
