Your organisation is motivating your people to create, share as well as consume content (e.g. KRAs, Awards, Inernal recognition mechanism is well in place)

Organisation Training Programs/Policies :
Your organisation has programs or policies in place to train your people on regular basis (e.g. Training programs, Rotation policy etc.)

Organisation structure aligned to people development :
Your Organisation structure is designed in such a way that it promotes short term as well as long term development of people (e.g. People Manager & Project Manager for each employee, Short term as well as Long term mentor for each employee)

Time to train others or get trained :
You are giving enough time for your people to teach as well as learn. There is a standard Knowledge Sharing Time followed across the organisation ( e.g. x hrs per week etc)
