Why only school education doesn’t help

Me : What have you learnt in your schools/colleges?

Myself : Nothing. Just Maths and English. Surprisingly, I even got a job with that from campus.

Me : Yes, I know that. But your maths and english was of no help there. You struggeled a lot with simple skills such as Observation, Listening, Body Language, Saying NO and finally the Confidence.

Myself : Marks don’t matter. Certificates don’t matter. Nothing matters other than your ability to keep things simpler and communicate the same. 

Simplicity is the most complex thing to achieve. It comes from common sense and common sense needs to developed from your unique experiences and application of critical thinknig on it. Always keep learning and thinking to build your common sense.
