Myself : Because we don’t delegate

Myself : Because we don’t trust

Me : Why don’t we trust?

Myself : Because others are not trained enough

Me : Why don’t we train them?

Myself : Because it takes time and hell lot of energy. Instead of that, let me do it on my own.

The real reason why corporates are in a stalemate is this.

The best solution to this is automation.

The second best is to find something that can train your people at scale.
