Me : My boss is political. He doesn’t want to develop me

Myself : I don’t think so. Every boss wants to develop their people

Me : Then what is the issue?

Myself : The issue is time. It takes time to develop and the boss can’t stop existing work. The show must go on.

Me : Then what’s the way out?

Myself : Find out the optima. Classify the trainings into routine and special. Automate the routine aka mundane trainings. Convert all of them online and let the system deliver it. Humans can then get bandwidth to train people for ‘special’ stuff.

Me : Nice way out.

Myself : There is a lot of technology around. What we lack now a days is common sense. 

Use Technology & Common Sense together!
