Me : I am launching a program and I badly need to make it successful… 

Myself : OK 

Me : What OK? Tell me some tips. There is no guarantee about success in life 

Myself : There is a guarantee of success, if you do one thing 

Me : Wow! What is that? 

Myself : Measurement. 

Unless you measure, it doesn’t improve. Unless you measure, it doesn’t help build competition. Unless you measure, it doesn’t motivate. The ultimate secret to making anything a success, is to measure it, that too, easily. The measurement must be easy and automatic, if possible. The funny part is it need NOT to be accurate but must be easy.
