The real job of top management

Me : What is the job of top management?

Myself : To decide strategy!

Me : But once a it is decided what next?

Myself : To implement it! That covers 95% of the work.

Me : And how to implement it?

Myself : People!

Nothing is more important than people in an organization.

Once they know what to do and are motivated enough, they take care of everything. They manage processes, tools, customers, KPIs…everything.

The only job of top management (95% of the times) is to motivate and train people at scale.
