Me : How was the training?

Myself : Damn boring.

Me : Why?

Myself : It is not going to solve my problem. You know that, I have to finish my urgent work and submit a detailed report by next week. What they are teaching is not going to help me. I am simply occupied in something else.

You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink. He will drink it only when he is thirsty. The best way out is to make that water available to him when he needs it. Corporate training is just like that water. Make sure that it is available to your team when they need it.
